Sharon A. Maksymec (nee Prokop) age 69 of Buffalo Grove. Beloved wife of Walter Maksymec for 45 years. Loving mother of Michael (Jill), David (Pamela) Maksymec and Kristin (Michael) Vonder Haar. Dear grandma of Cameron, Tommy, Olivia, Emma, Mae and expecting one more grandson shortly. Cherished daughter of Evelyn Prokop and the late Al Prokop. Fond sister of Donna (Steve) Miller, Steve Prokop, Linda (Dave) Nowak and Jim Prokop. Aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Visitation 10:00 am Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, IL. Followed by an 11:00 am Life Celebration Mass. Interment St. Mary Catholic Cemetery Fremont. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sjogren's Foundation at www.sjogrens.org will be greatly appreciated.
