Scott Frontzak age 49 of Mt. Prospect, IL. Beloved husband of Shatana nee Wiley for 6 years. Loving dad of RoseMarie and Logan. Dear brother of John (Mary Ann) Frontzak Jr., Lisa (Eric) Kale and Donald Frontzak. Fond uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Visitation Thursday 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Life Celebration Service Friday 10:00 am.
