Rafael Vargas, age 89, of Mundelein passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026. He was born May 27, 1936 in Mexico to Juventino and Margarita nee Juarez Vargas. Loving father of Edgar (Breezy) Vargas, Irma, Josefina, Odilia, Amalia, Rafael, Hector, and Felipe. Kind brother of Pedro, Jamie, Jose, Luis, and the late Salud.
