Norma (nee Ellison) Rugen age 86 of Arlington Heights. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Rugen for 63 years. Loving mother of Pamela (late Albert) Zayia and the late Debbie Rugen. Dear grandma of Jennifer (Jacob) Chadderdon and AJ (Danielle) Zayia. Great grandmother of Amelia and Caroline. Graveside Service Friday December 16th at 12:00pm at Randhill Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
