Nelson J. Diaz Sr. age 56 of Elmwood Park formerly of Arlington Heights. Beloved father of Nelson J. (Maria) Diaz Jr. and Tiffani M. Diaz. Loving brother of Griselle (late Ron) Gemmati, Carmen Delsie Diaz, and Jacqueline (Michael) Katz. Cherished companion of Nicaudy Gomez. Uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Visitation Friday January 14th from 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Funeral Prayers Saturday 9:00 am and process for a Funeral Mass 10:00 am at St. Mary Vernon, 236 US-45, Indian Creek, IL 60061.
