Mary Ann Duderstadt nee Bonkowski, age 78 of Prairie View. Born June 1, 1946. Entered eternal life May 6, 2025. Beloved wife of Peery A. Duderstadt for 56 years married on August 17, 1968. Loving mother of Deborah (Kevin) Gretzinger, Rebekah Kelly, and Sarah (Michael) Norton. Adored grandmother of Gavin August and Lillian Ann Gretzinger, Hannah Cecilia and Ronan Martin Kelly, John Patrick and Colin Jerome Norton. Cherished sister of Jean (Lee) Reineke, Jane (Samuel) Allen, Elizabeth (Frederick) Smith, Thomas Bonkowski, Joseph (Maria) Bonkowski, and the late John Bonkowski. Dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Mary Ann was employed by Prospect Heights District 23 for over 40 years at MacArthur Middle School. She was also a National Board Certified Teacher and had other various teaching awards. Visitation Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 3 pm to 8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road), Wheeling. Visitation will continue the following day at 10 am at St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. A funeral mass will be held at 11 am. Inurnment private.
