Marlene Michals, age 88, of Wheeling. Beloved wife of the late Robert Michals. Cherished mother of June Cundiff, Nancy (David) Marcovitz, the late Glenn and late Lynn (late George) McKiernan. Devoted grandmother of George McKiernan, Renee (Jeff) Wawczak, Robert (Natasha) Cundiff and Steven McKiernan. Great-grandmother of four. Dear sister of Diane (Paul) Collins, Joy (late George) Wilson and the late Floyd Arnold Harrington. Fond aunt of many. Marlene was a movie buff; she treated her children to a double feature movie each week; and loved the classics especially romance. She was the queen of Christmas Eve, each year her family and friends would gather at her home for the perfect celebration. She will be remembered for her youthful spirit and love of life. Marlene had a beautiful smile that lit up the room. Although her loving appreciation for life and those around her will be greatly missed, we are comforted knowing that she is now at home with Jesus.
