Ken Carothers, age 60, of Buffalo Grove. Loving husband of Sandi for 36 years. Proud dad of Jamie, Scott (Courtney) and late Christopher Carothers. Beloved Pa of Noah and Lilith Carothers. Dear uncle of many. Cherished brother-in-law of Debra (Chris) Hanaway, Cindy Russell, Pam Russell, Bill Russell, Tim (Pearl) Russell, Dave Russell and Kenneth Navy. Ken was a custodian for CCSD #21 for many years. He also worked for Sunnyside Corporation as a factory worker and later as a truck driver for Keenan Transit. He enjoyed golfing and bowling in his free time. Ken also enjoyed music, concert going, and volunteering for Buffalo Grove Days each year. Ken proudly served in the United States Army.
