Joseph Balogh, age 76, of Buffalo Grove passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025. He was born in Zilah, Romania. Joseph is survived by his wife of 56 years to Helen nee Szeredi Balogh; four brothers, the late John (the late Irene) Balogh, Alexander (Ana) Balog, Istvan (Erzsebet) Balogh, and Zoltan (Piroska) Balogh; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Beata, Sandor, Annamaria, Attila, Agnes, Zsolt, Steven, Thomas; and many dear cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will be at 4:00 p.m at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Avenue (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling, IL 60090.
