John L. Roehrick, Jr., age 72, of Wheeling, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Endeavor Health Glenbrook Hospital. He was born September 3, 1952, in Tampa, FL to John L. and Mary (nee Storch) Roehrick, Sr. John proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years. He continued to serve for the government as an United States Postal Carrier for 41 years. John met the love of his life, and they married on January 18, 1975, in Chicago. He was a devoted member and former Governor of the Moose Lodge #660. Beloved husband of Mariann. Loving father of Tracy (Carlos Veigas) Roehrick and John (Sandra Dziedzic) Roehrick, Jr. Caring grandfather to Trevor Roehrick, Mackenna, Delaney, Sadie, and Ashley. In loving memory of his favorite fur buddy Buehrle. Kind brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Roehrick. The Celebration of John's life will be Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. at the Amvets Post 66, 700 McHenry Road, Wheeling, IL 60089.
