Obituary of Jay S. Evans Jay Evans, 56 of Buffalo Grove and formerly of Arlington Heights,  passed away Dec. 5 2019 at his home. He was born Feb. 7 1963 to Bill and Joan (Klawitter) Evans. He was married to Lisa Adelmund for 22 years. Jay worked for The Cook County Forest Preserve for 30 years. He retired in 2014. Survivors include; his wife Lisa Adelmund, sister Melissa Henderson of Crystal Lake; brother Michael Evans of Huntley and his brother in law Don Ficht. His mother in law, Ruth Adelmund of Charles City, Iowa and his sister in law Lori (Joe) Nettleton of Charles City, Iowa. Also many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents Bill and Joan Evans, His sisters; Stacy McNeil and Shelly Ficht. His brother in law Bob Henderson. His father in law, Lester Adelmund.
