Obituary of Janice L Kotek
Janice L. Kotek age 65 of Chicago. Beloved daughter of the late Robert and the late Doris (nee Paulsen) Kotek. Loving sister of the late Donald and Thomas Kotek. Jan spent her entire career as a teacher at St. Cornelius Catholic School in Chicago.
