James J. Funk, age 72, passed away surrounded by the greatest loves of his life—his wife and his daughter. A devoted husband, dad, and friend, Jim lived a life defined by an extraordinary capacity for kindness and a genuine passion for helping others. His generosity of spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. An athlete at heart, Jim's younger years were filled with the energy of the game. In his later years, Jim cherished the simple pleasures. Jim's legacy is one of love and a life well-lived. He will be profoundly missed, but the foundation of kindness he built will endure through his family and the many friends who became family along the way.
