Emilia "Mitzie" Oleksy (nee Mendel) age 95 of Wheeling formerly of Long Grove, IL. Beloved wife of the late John Oleksy for 53 years. Loving mother of Cathy (Ed) Torok, Sue Oleksy, Jim (Lynn) Oleksy, and Mary Lou (Jim) Hamilton. Dear grandmother of David (Katie), Diana (Rich), Danny (Amanda), Christine, Billy (Alyssa), Ryan, and Ashlie (Luke). Great grandmother of Carter, Andrew, Wade, Adam, Hailey, Kellan, and Jack. Fond sister of the late Joseph (late Alice) Mendel. Aunt, cousin and friend of many. Visitation Saturday, February 8th at 9:00 am at the Addolorata Villa Parlor, 555 McHenry Road, Wheeling, IL followed by an 11:00 am Life Celebration Mass in the Addolorata Villa Chapel. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Buffalo Grove, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choosing are greatly appreciated.
