Elizabeth L. Schwind, nee Horcher, age 92 of Wheeling, left this world peacefully on March 3, 2024 and entered the arms of her eternal Father. A part of us went with her that day when God called her home. Loving wife of the late Roland J Schwind for 62 years. Cherished mother of Karen (the late Sammy) Bingham and Deborah (Michael) Holm. Devoted grandmother of Robert (Jamie) and Kenneth (Nicole) Bingham and Mike Holm and Mary (Corey) Zahner. Great-grandmother of Alex, Sean, and Logan Bingham and Ethan Zahner. Fond aunt of many. She was a devoted life-long member of St. Mary Church. Betty spent many years alongside her husband managing Schwind's Farm. Visitation Tuesday March 12, 2024 at 10am at St Mary Church 10 N Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, IL followed by a 11am Life Celebration Mass. A funeral procession will pass Betty's home before interment at St Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers masses at St Mary Church appreciated.
