Domingo Rogelio Novales, age 77 of Wheeling, passed away on January 19th. Beloved husband of Rosario Novales nee Asto. Loving father of Winnie (Marlo) Bernales and Renante (Juvy) Novales. Adored grandfather of Kenneth, Krystle, Reina, Allyza, and Charice. Cherished brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
