David Ugalde Sr., age 87, of Wheeling passed away Tuesday March 3, 2026. Beloved husband to the late Joanne Ugalde. Loving father of Denise (Kevin) Smith, David (Paula) Ugalde, Darren (Joelle) Ugalde, and Celeste (Doug) Carver. Adored grandfather of Meghan (Mark), Lindsay (Albert), Samantha (Neil), Tylor, Zachary, Brandon (Kaitlyn), Ashley, Adam (Mayra), Benjamin (Renata), Jeremy, Mallory (Tom), and Madison. Cherished great grandfather of 17. Fond brother of the late George Ugalde Sr. Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Visitation Friday, March 6th from 3 pm to 8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Rd), Wheeling. A chapel service will be held the following day at 11 am at St. Joseph Cemetery, Belmont and N Cumberland Ave, River Grove, IL 60171.
