Obituary of Chul Soo Kim Mr. Chul Soo Kim passed away peacefully on June 12 at the age of 83. Mr. Kim was born on September 23, 1935 in Seoul, Korea to Young Jun Kim and Sun Myung Kim. He was the oldest of his four siblings, Heung Soo, In Soo, Hyun Soo, and Hei Ryun Kim. Beloved husband of Jin Sun Kim for 53 years and loving father of Don (Caroline) Kim, Sharon Flynn, and Bob (Angela) Kim. He will be missed by his five grandchildren, Mia, Madeleine, Ryan, Austin, and Ethan. Mr. Kim graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in English Literature and loved playing tennis and music. He faithfully served as an elder at Chicago Gospel Presbyterian Church for 24 years. Memorial Visitation Monday, June 17 from 5:00- 7:00pm with a memorial service beginning at 7:00pm to be held at Calvary Presbyterian Church (704 McHenry Road, Wheeling).
