Charles C. Winters, age 93 of Northbrook, passed away December 4, 2021. Beloved husband of Georgina T. Winters nee Palamara for 72 years. Loving father of Jerome J. (Maria Z.) Winters and Mary J. (Donald L.) Meyer. Adored grandfather of Abigail G. and Emma N. Winters. Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Charles was a true self-made man who was an inventor, philosopher, golfer, fisherman, and a hunter. He built a multi-national business from nothing. Charles was a founding member of Our Lady of the Brook Catholic Church, Northbrook, IL. Visitation Saturday, December 11th from 2 pm to 4 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Rd) Wheeling. A life celebration service will be held at 4 pm.
