Ann Alice Estes nee Kalinoski, age 81 of Gurnee, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2020. Ann was born and raised in North Chicago by the late John and Francis Kalinoski. She graduated from North Chicago Community High School. She began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a young age and dedicated her life to helping others. She had a deep love for her family, friends, and especially animals. Her smile and laugh were infectious, and her love was felt by all who knew her. Ann will be missed deeply by all. Loving mom of Vernon K., Jeffrey Ray, David Sean Estes, and Jori (Jim) Mota. Adored grandma of Lateaka, Latoya, Latanya, Jessica, Michael, Christopher, Tiffany, and Jeffrey. Cherished great grandma of 10. Loving sister of Alice Arroyo, and the late Donna Herman and Theresa "Terri" Witt. Loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Family, friends, and others whose lives Ann touched are invited to a memorial mass on Saturday February 1st at 12 pm at Saint Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Ave., Waukegan.
