Al Cooley, age 89 of Buffalo Grove, passed away on October 19, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Mary Lou Cooley for 52 years. Loving dad of Linda (Sam) Zavatsky, Karen (late Mark) Rusche, Janet (Clay) Crost, Steven (Laura) Cooley, and Nancy (Brian) Smith. Devoted papa of Eric (Laura), David, Lori (Luis), Joe (Nicole), Jeanette, Josh, Jordan, John, Jenny, and Katie. Adored great grandpa of Marek, Arianna, Gavin, Scarlett, Justin, Zachary, and Giovanni. Cherished brother of Charlotte Kock and Russ (Ann) Kock. Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Visitation Sunday, October 24th from 3 pm to 5 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Rd), Wheeling. A life celebration mass will be held the following day at 10 am at St. Mary's Church, Buffalo Grove. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
